Credits: Made with Canva.com While reading a book by Brian Tracy, I came upon the quote by William James: " There is a law in psychology that if you form a picture in your mind of what you would like to be, and you keep and hold that picture there long enough, you will soon become exactly as you have been thinking." 1 I, therefore want to keep to a positive visual image of myself, and my talents, thinking without limitations, dreaming as though anything was possible and taking actionable steps daily, towards my dream. I want this for myself and others. So, enter the vision board, or a mindmap of affirmations. Looking at a positive vision of your future, till the past and all it's negative emotions become a vague memory, and only the valuable lessons remain.
